Wildlife Artist
The wildlife art of Ohio artist Marlene Mullet has been a constant source of comment and appreciation from the moment we began offering her work here at the Gallery. The incredible amount of depth and detail in each piece of Marlene’s work, done almost exclusively in graphite pencil, always draws the attention of anyone who enters the main showroom, where Marlene’s work hangs just on the right of the main entry. Not many can manage to walk away without taking home at least a notecard or a print of one of the wildlife currently in residence on the gallery wall.
Marlene continues to feature a wide variety of wildlife subjects, all appearing as they would in their natural habitat, as if the viewer simply stumbled across them by accident, treating you to an array of scenes otherwise only found while exploring nature in person.
We are delighted to feature Marlene as our June 2020 Artist Spotlight, and we hope you find her work as inspiring as we do!
Marlene resides with her family in Holmes County, Ohio.
